The CRM Contact Group Assignment table allows you to add and delete Contacts to the CRM Contact Group Code(s) to which they belong.
- You can use this view as the source for generating categorized list for use with targeted CRM Campaigns or to alert your clients with the same groupings to specials that you may be offering.
| Note: The ability to create and update information in the CRM Contact Group Assignment view is controlled by the permissions (create, read, update and delete) assigned to the resource within the role. This help topic assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to create and update records in the CRM Contact Group Assignment view. For more information, see Role Master-Permissions. |
The following fields are available on the CRM Contact Group Assignment and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:
- Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all CRM Contact Group Assignment records. This field cannot be edited.
- Contact Group - displays the short code that identifies the Contact Group.
- Contact Group Description - displays the full description of the Contact Group.
- Email Promo - this field indicates whether or not the contact is part of the Email promotion that is included for the current Contact Group. There is a Yes/No flag in this field. You can edit this field as required.
- Job Title - displays the Job Title of the contact associated with the current contact.
- Contact Name - displays the Contact Name associated with the record.
- Company Name - displays the Company Name associated with the current contact.
- Address 1 - displays the first line of address information associated with the current contact.
- Address City - displays the City associated with the current contact.
- State/Province - displays the State/Province associated with the current contact.
- Address Zip/Postal Code - displays the Zip/Postal Code associated with the current record.
- Country - displays the Country associated with the current contact.
- Email Address - displays the Email Address associated with the current contact.
