Activity Note (CRMACTNOT)

 
The Activity Note Review view displays a listing of Activity Notes for all Customers/Prospects. The information contained in this view is for information purposes only and cannot be edited.

• Activity Notes are created through the Account Activity view.

• The Activity Notes-Review view allows you to access the Activity Notes from the menu without going through the Account Activity view.

The following fields are available on the Account Notes - Review view and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:

Note: You cannot edit any of the fields on the Search Criteria/Grid page or on the Details page.

• Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all Account Activity records.

• Customer Code - displays the Customer Code assigned to the activity.

• Customer Name - displays the full Customer Name associated with the Customer Code.

• Activity Key - displays the system generated key associated with every Activity record created in the CRM module of PointForce iTopia.

• Activity Stage Description - displays the description associated with the Stage assigned to the activity.

• Note Number - displays the system generated Activity Note number.

• Note Text - displays a portion of the Note Text entered for the activity.

• CRM Note Category - displays the CRM Note Category entered when the Activity Note was created.

• Creator - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when the record was created.

• Modifier - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when this record was last updated.

• Last Change - displays the date and time at which the record was last updated.

Activity Note Review - Details Page

The following list defines every field in the Details page:

Note: You cannot edit any of the fields on the Details page.

• In the Main Context section, the Company Number and Note Number display as reference information for the detail record you are viewing.

• In the General section:
  • Customer Code - displays the Customer Code assigned to the activity.

  • CRM Note Category - displays the CRM Note Category entered when the Activity Note was created.

  • Note Text - displays the Note Text entered for the activity.

• In the System section:
  • Creator - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when the record was created.

  • Time Created - displays the date and time at which the record was created.

  • Modifier - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when this record was last updated.

  • Last Change - displays the date and time at which the record was last updated.
