CRM Account Manager
The CRM Account Manager view maintains the Account Manager codes that are applied to Customers, Prospects and/or Leads on the Details page of the following views:
- Customer Master (SU13)
- Lead Master-Complete Entry
Note: The ability to create and update information in the CRM Account Manager view is controlled by the permissions (create, read, update and delete) assigned to the resource within the role. This help topic assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to create and update records in the CRM Account Manager view. For more information, see Role Master-Permissions. |
You can edit the CRM Account Manager information in either the Search Criteria/Grid page, in the grid section, or on the Details page.
The following fields are available on the CRM Account Manager and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:
- Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all CRM Account Manager records. This field cannot be edited.
- Account Manager - displays the short name of the Account Manager that is assigned during the creation of the record. This field cannot be edited.
- Account Manager Name - the Account Manager Name can be a maximum of 30 characters in length. Enter the full name of the Account Manager. You can edit this field as required.
- Office Phone - displays the office telephone associated with the Account Manager. You can edit this field as required.
- Cellular Phone - displays the cell phone number associated with the Account Manager. You can edit this field as required.
- Email Address - the Email Address can be a maximum of 64 alpha numeric characters in length. This field displays the Email Address associated with the Account Manager. You can edit this field as required.
