States and Provinces (CCCOUSTAPRO)
The States and Provinces (ibis_cccoustapro) view defines the state and province codes used by address records throughout PointForce iTopia.
The following list defines every field available in the states and provinces (ibis_cccoustapro) table in alphabetical order:
- Company - the company field is available when you create a new state/province record. The company defaults to the company assigned to your user id in the Session Parameters view. You can change the default company during the state/province creation process only. Once the state/province record is created, the company to which the record is associated displays in the General section (at the top of the view).
- Country - enter or select from the look up a code for the country to which the state or province is associated. This field is validated against the countries (ibis_cccou) table. Once the state or province record is created, you cannot modify this field.
- Created By - displays the name of the user who created the record you are viewing or maintaining. May not be overridden.
- Created On - displays the date on which the record that you are creating or maintaining was created. May not be overridden. May also represent the creation date of the records you are attempting to retrieve.
- Modification Counter - this field is not maintainable. The date and time the record was last modified.
- Modified By - this field is not maintainable. The user or system process that last modified the record.
- Modified On - this field is not maintainable. The date on which the record was last modified.
- Overridden Description - enter an override to the state or province's description. The overridden description can be a maximum of 32 alpha numeric characters in length. This is a required field.
- State or Province - enter a state or province code to a maximum of 20 alpha-numeric characters. Once the record is created, you cannot modify this field.
- Note: The state or province code is a standard published by the International Standards Association (ISO 3166-2) that defines codes for principal subdivisions (e.g. Provinces and States) of countries defined in ISO-3166-1.
