Event Purge (CC70)
The Purge Events (CC70) program reads through the Events file (table) and purges any event record that is older than the value entered in the 'Days Until Eligible for Delete' field for the event in Maintain Events (CC05).
- We recommend that you run CC70 in off peak hours and only after a validated backup.
- Note: Purged events are not archived.
The following list defines every field on CC70:
- List Box - displays the number of the events that were purged. CC70 purges the following events:
- Cart Approve Checkout
- Cart Approve Declined
- Cart Approve Request
- Cart Checkout
- Cart Delete
- Cart Invoice Generated
- Cart New
- Cart Order Generated
- EC Login
- EC Login Failed
- EC Login Failed Password
- EC Logoff
- Post.XML Login
- Post.XML Failed Password
- Post.XML MCXD Login Failed
The list also indicates the total number of purged events.
- Click Start
to start the purge routine.
- Click Stop
to stop the purge routine. You can use the Stop button to halt CC70 at any time.
- Click Exit
to close CC70.
