Report Archive Configuration (CC23)

• In order to make the process of selecting all reports easier, an 'Enable All' option is available. This option is found under the Tools menu.

TIP: To view all of the Report Codes selected for each Company in the system, use the 'Next Record'/'Previous Record' keys to the right of the Company Code field.

The following list defines every field on CC23:

• Under the Tools menu, the following options are available:
  • Enable All - select this option to enable every Report available to be sent to the Report Archive in PointForce iTopia for the current Company code. For a complete list of Reports, click here.
    • When you select 'Enable All', the following message automatically displays: "Running this utility will remove all report codes for the active company and generate new report code records with the default number of days of 2555. Do you wish to continue? OK/Cancel". Select OK to enable all report codes for the current Company Code displayed in the 'Company Code' field. Select Cancel to close the message window and cancel the request.

  • Disable All - select this option to disable every Report currently selected to be sent to the Report Archive in PointForce iTopia for the current Company Code.
    • When you select 'Disable All', the following message automatically displays: "Running this utility will remove all report codes for the active company. Do you wish to continue? OK/Cancel". Select OK to remove all reports codes for the current Company Code. Select Cancel to close the message window and cancel the request.

• Company Code - this field defaults to the Company with which you are currently working. If you want to change to another Company Code, you can scroll through the existing records for each Company Code in the system (using the 'Next Record'/'Previous Record' keys) until you come to the Company Code you want to work with.

• Report Code - enter or select from the query the Report Code you want to send to the Report Archive in iTopia for the current Company. Once a Report Code is entered, the full report name displays beside this field. Tip: you can use the 'Enable All' option under the Tools menu to select all reports at one time.

• Days till eligible for Delete - this field defaults to 2555 days (7 years). You can enter a value from 0 to 9999 in this field. We recommend that you maintain the default number of days.

The following table outlines the functionality of each button on CC23:

Button Label	Icon	Functionality
Submit		Saves the Report Code and 'Days till eligible for Delete' value entered for the current Company Code.
Delete		Deletes the Report Code from the current Company Code.
Clear		The Report Code field clears and the 'Days till eligible for Delete' returns to the default of 2555, allowing you to enter a new Report Code for the current Company.
