Packing Station/TMS Parameters (CC00)

The Company Control Initialization (CC00/Packing Station/TMS Parameters) sets the system parameter settings for the integrated TMS option in Shipping Entry (PS41) for your Company. The information on this folder facilitates communication between Enterprise and the TMS server. Specifically, the set up and configuration of your site on the TMS Server is established through the information contained on this folder.

Note: The majority of the fields on the TMS Parameters panel require specific information from TMS. Your PointForce Enterprise Business Consultant will assist in setting up the TMS specific fields.

When TMS is in use at your site, you can override the Company settings defined on this folder in Maintain Sales Office/Whse Numbers (CC96) for each Sales Office (as required). Specifically, you can use CC96 to override the 'Default Site ID' and 'Check Service Route First' fields.

The following list defines every field on the TMS Parameters panel:

• Utilize TMS - select this check box to enable the TMS option in PS41.

• Server URI - TMS specific field.

• Server Port - TMS specific field.

• Uses SSL (https) - TMS specific field.

• Web Service Directory - TMS specific field.

• Username - TMS specific field.

• Password - TMS specific field.

• Connection String - TMS specific field.

• Default Site ID - TMS specific field.

• Check Service Route First - TMS specific field.

• Shop for Services - select this check box to enable the Shop for Services folder.

• Shop for Specials - select this check box to enable the Shop for Specials folder.

• Allocate Freight Charges - select this check box to enable the Allocate Freight Charges folder.

Click Update to add this information to the system.
