Contact Management (CC00)
The CC00/Contact Management folder defines the parameters that affect the Customer Relationship Management (CM) system. Note: Contact Management is an optional module that is not included in the base Enterprise package.
The CM system is includes the following programs:
- Maintain Contact Profile (CM02)
- Contact References (CM10)
- Mailing Lists (CM11)
- Mailing List Merge (CM12)
The parameters must be defined in CC00 in order to access these programs.
The following list defines every field on the Contact Management folder:
- Default Return E-Mail Address - enter the Email Address to which customer replies will be directed.
- SMTP Server - Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) Server or the mail Server used at your company (if applicable).
- User Name - if the SMTP Server requires authentication, enter the User Name (and Password). Otherwise, leave this field blank.
- Password - if the SMTP Server requires authentication, enter the Password associated with the User Name. Otherwise leave this field blank.
- In the SU45 Contacts section:
- Edit Button on SU45 Contact Panel will use - enter the program that opens when 'Edit' is clicked in Customer Inquiries (SU45). Valid options are:
- SU20 - Maintain Customer Contacts
- EC30 - Web Contacts
- New Button on SU45 Contract Panel will use- enter the program that opens when 'New' is clicked in SU45. Valid options are:
- SU20 - Maintain Customer Contacts
- EC30 - Web Contacts
