Troubleshooting AR89

• What happens if AR89 aborts before it has a chance to complete the fiscal period close?
  There are rare cases in which AR89 will not close properly, for example if a power failure occurs while AR89 is running the program will abort before it has a chance to complete processing. When this occurs, the following message will display: "Closing for Company xx for the period MMMDD/YY did NOT finish! Do you wish to complete it now? Yes/No".

• The AR89 process aborts when I run it. What is the problem?
  If the period end date is greater than the current system date, AR89 will abort. The following message will display: "Period end date is greater than current system date. Process aborted. OK".
