Purge Claims/Charge Backs (AR37)

The Purge Claims/Charge Backs (AR37) program allows you to delete Archived Items. Once Claims/Charge Backs are Archived in Claims/Charge Backs Control (AR36), executing AR37 purges all items up to and including the specified date.

1. Enter or select from the query a date in the New Purge Date field.

2. The Purged up to field displays the date of your last Claims/Charge Back purge. This field is for information purposes only.

3. Click Start to run the purge program.

4. The system purges only archived items with a date up to and including the entered date.
