A/R Bank Deposit Slip Print (AR33)
The Print Bank Deposit Slips (AR33) prints the daily bank deposit slips by bank. Run this program following the printing of cash receipts and adjustments in the Print Cash Receipts/Adjustments (AR31) Audit Trail report.
As cash receipts are processed in Post Cash Receipts/Adjustments (AR30) and AR31, a transaction file is written that subsequently prints a daily bank deposit slip by bank. AR33 prints the deposit slip for all banks for which deposits were processed or will print the deposit slip for a specific bank only.
AR33 displays all on-line bank codes, allowing you to select a specific bank code to process or to choose 'All' to print deposit slips for all active banks.
When AR33 is accepted, the reported deposits are cleared from the transaction file.
Note: Adjustments entered in AR30 are not reported on the Deposit Slip.
Note: NSF Checks should be processed in a separate batch so that they are not included in the day's actual Deposit Slip.
- The Printer Selection screen automatically opens. Select the Printer destination and click OK.
- The Bank Code Selection screen opens. Select 'All Bank codes' or an individual Bank code using the up and down arrows to scroll through the list of active banks. When the appropriate Bank code is selected, click OK to update and close the window.
- The Report Complete screen opens when the report is generated. Depending on the print device selected, you are presented with one of the following two options:
- If you are printing the report to a local printer device, PDF file or to your screen, enter the Acceptance Codes to accept the report, click Restart to restart the printing of the report, or click Abort to cancel the report.
- If you are sending the report via an email or fax device, click OK to accept the report, click Restart to restart the fax/email (not always applicable), or click Abort to cancel the report.
Upon acceptance, the reported deposits are cleared from the transaction file.
