Receiving Registers - Cost Breakdown (PO64)

The Receiving Registers-Cost Breakdown (PO64) provides you with a digitized version of the Cost Breakdown associated with each transaction line from the Receiving Registers (PO64) produced in PF Enterprise 6.0 (or higher) once the acceptance codes are entered.

  • The PO64 print program from PointForce Enterprise is captured and transformed into digital form for access in the various Receiving Registers Views.

  • The Cost Breakdowns do not print on the hard copy print from PointForce Enterprise, however the Cost Breakdown data is bound to the Report. As a result, during the digitization process from hard copy to data, the Cost Breakdowns become a distinct View, the Receiving Registers-Cost Breakdown (PO64) view.

    • The Cost Breakdowns View provides a break down of every cost associated with every line on each Receipt on the Register.

  • Relationships between the other Receiving Register components have been created in each View, allowing you to access the entire Receiving Register by:

    • Clicking the View Record Details icon. The "Cost Breakdown" detail View opens, and in the Related section of the window (at the bottom of the screen), you can select any of the Receiving Register (PO64) options.

      OR

    • Clicking the Link To icon. You can select any of the Receiving Register (PO64) options from the list OR you can select the Related Resource Group option and then select any of the Receiving Register (PO64) options.
