Troubleshooting PO63

Here is a list of common issues:

  • You can only receive stock into one warehouse at a time.
    Once you enter a receipt number in PO63, you cannot change to another warehouse. If you attempt to do so, the following message displays: "May not change warehouse once receipts have been entered. OK".

  • You cannot open multiple sessions of PO63.
    If you attempt to open PO63 a second time with the same user ID, an error message will display. You must exit the original PO63 session before starting another session.

    If a second operator attempts to open PO63 (with a different user ID), the following error message displays: "PO63 lock by user ID for warehouse XX. Do you wish to select another warehouse? Yes/No". Select Yes to open another warehouse or select No to close the error message and exit PO63.

  • Elite WMS is our warehouse management system, can I receive a PO/in-transit in PO63 before it is received in the warehouse?
    If you try to receive a PO/in-transit in PO63 that has not been received in Elite WMS, the following error message displays: "Receipt not yet uploaded from Warehouse Management. OK". You cannot receive the PO in PO63 before it is received in the Elite WMS warehouse.

  • What happens when I receive an in-transit in PO63 when Elite WMS is our warehouse management system?
    An in-transit can be received in PO63 after it has been received in the Elite WMS warehouse. When you receive the in-transit in PO63, the following message displays: "Receipt 00123 Line has been received by WM as Pack Slip xxxxxx - receipt packslip will be changed. OK".

    • The packing slip entered in PO60 for the in-transit will be replaced by the 'Pack Slip' code assigned to the receipt in Elite WMS when the in-transit was received.

    • If an in-transit is partially received in Elite WMS, the balance of the in-transit is set to zero.
