This topic provides the details to ensure that your Windows 10 with Chrome 38 (and higher) desktop configuration is compatible with PointForce iTopia (PFE version 7.2 on iTopia 9.5).

Edge has limited support for the Office Integration. Specifically:

  • Export to Excel, Edit with Excel, and Analyze with Excel are supported; and,

  • Export to Outlook is not supported.

Troubleshooting

Clearing the Browser Cache:

The following list outlines how to clear your browser's cache:

  1. Launch the Google Edge application.

  2. Click in the top right corner of the browser window.

  3. Click the Settings option.

  4. Under Clear browsing data, click the Choose what to clear button.

  5. Ensure the Browsing history check box is selected.

  6. Ensure the Cookies and other site data check box is selected.

  7. Ensure the Cached images and files check box is selected.

  8. Click the Clear button.

  9. Close the Settings folder and return to the original browser window.
