IM82 - Header Section:

The Header section on the Generator Product Information Sheets (IM82) program allows you to enter the Product Sheet Reference information that will be applied to the Photo Quote Form, entered on the Form/UDF folder, for the current Customer/Price List for the products entered on the Products folder.

The following list defines the field in the Header section of IM82:

• Product Sheet Reference - enter or select from the query a Product Sheet Reference. This field can be a maximum of 32 alpha numeric characters in length. When an existing Product Sheet Reference is entered, the information associated with that sheet displays on the folders. You can edit these details as required.

The following table outlines the functionality of each button in the Header record of IM82:

Button Label	Icon	Functionality
Clear		Clears all of the fields in the header section and on each folder allowing you to enter a new Product Sheet Reference in the header section.
Delete / Trash Can		Deletes the current Product Sheet Reference and all of the details associated with that record. The following confirmation message displays: "Delete Header and all its details? Yes/No". Click Yes to continue with the delete operation or click No to cancel the request. Note: If you want to delete a single Product record from the current Product Sheet Reference, use the Delete button found on the Products folder of IM82.
Generate		Generates the Photo Quote sheet once you have entered the products and customer information. Excel will open automatically to display the photo quote sheet during the generation process.
