Consolidated Accounts View (V_U_ACCOUNTS)

The Consolidated Accounts View displays information on all Account Types: Customers, Prospects and Leads.

• The information is view only and cannot be modified.

• The information on the Search/Grid page is a summary of the Customer Master (SU13) and Lead Master information.

• The information on the Details page is a recap of the Customer Master/Lead Master Details page information.

• The view is sorted by Account Type.

The following fields are available on the Consolidated Accounts View and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:

• Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all Customer records.

• Account ID - displays the Customer Code assigned to the Customer/Prospect in the Customer Master views or the Lead Key assigned to the Lead in the Lead Master views.

• Account Name - displays the Account Name associated with the Account ID Code.

• Account Type - displays the Type assigned to the account. Valid options include:
  • C - Customer
  • L - Lead
  • P - Prospect

• Account Status - displays the status of the current customer or prospect account. Valid options include:
  • A - Current and Active
  • H - Customer on Hold
  • D - Ready to Delete
  • P - Pending Credit Status

• Prospect Status - displays the status of the prospect. Valid options include:
  • Q - Qualified
  • A - Archived
  • D - Ready to Delete

• Address 1 - displays the first line of address information for the account.

• Address 2 - displays the second line of address information for the account.

• City - displays the City or town information for the account.

• Province/State - displays the Province or State information for the account.

• Postal/Zip Code - displays the Postal Code or Zip Code information for the account.

• Country - displays the Country information for the account.

• Address Map - when you click on this link, an Internet Explorer window (or new folder) automatically launches a link to the "Google Maps" website for the current address.
