Sales Pipeline Accounts-Detail/Details Page

The Sales Pipeline Accounts-Detail view accesses the Customer Master (SU13) (sucu) file and lists every Customer and Prospect showing the Projected Close Date, Probability % and the Potential Sales $ values by fiscal year and fiscal period as maintained on the Customer Master record.

  • If the Projected Close Date at the time the SU13 record was updated falls prior to or after the fiscal dates that are maintained in CC90, the fiscal year and fiscal period field values will be blank. This is because the system has no point of reference for the fiscal periods.

  • If there is a legitimate Projected Close Date that is so far off in the future that it falls outside of your last CC90 fiscal period, you can always call those records back up in SU13 and tab through the Projected Close Date field once that projected close date has been defined in CC90.

The Search Results/Grid page includes only a sub-set of all of the fields available on the Sales Pipeline Accounts-Detail. Additional fields are found on the Sales Pipeline Accounts-Detail/Details page. The view is sorted by Account Manager by Customer Code. The subtotals for the Potential Sales $ are displayed for each Account Manager. A grand total for all Account Managers is also displayed.

    Tip: We suggest that you search for specific data since not all customers/prospects contain valid information for this view. To limit data to only those records that contain relevant information you can enter <> 0.00 in the Potential Sales $ search criteria field so that only records that contain a value greater than 0 will be displayed.

The following fields are available on the Sales Pipeline Accounts-Detail view and are based on the order in which they appear in the search results grid page:

  • Company Number - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all records.

  • Customer Code - displays the Customer Code entered for the order.

  • Customer Name - displays the Customer/Prospect name associated with the Customer Code.

  • Account Type - displays the type of account that is reported for the row. This field displays one of the following:

    • C- Customer
    • P- Prospect

  • Account Manager - displays the name of the Account Manager assigned to the account.

  • Sales Rep-SU - displays the Sales Rep code that is assigned to the account.

  • Currency - displays the Currency assigned to the account.

  • Projected Close Date - displays the Projected Close Date.

  • Initial Campaign - displays the Campaign that initially prompted the potential sale.

  • Initial Trade Show - displays the Trade Show that initially prompted the potential sale.

  • Potential Sales $ - displays the Potential Sales dollars that the account could generate.
