Lead Pipeline/Details Page

When you click on the View Record Details icon Detail for a specific record on the Lead Pipeline Search Results Grid page, the Lead Pipeline/Detail page opens for that record.

The following list defines every field on the the Lead Pipeline/Details page:

  • In the Main Context section, the Company number and Lead Key display as reference information for the detail record you are viewing.

  • The Header Info section contains the Lead Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, Province/State, Postal/Zip Code and Country fields.

  • The Additional Info section contains the Account Type, Lead Status, Telephone and Fax fields.

  • The Accounts Receivable sections contains the AR Terms, Bank, Credit Limit, Delinquent Days, Change Interest and Vendor Code fields.

  • The Order Entry section contains the PO Required, Blanket PO Number, Backorder Acceptance, BO Release Priority, Order Type and Order Confirmation Required fields.

  • The Taxes sections contains the Tax Group, Tax License 1 and Tax License 2 fields.

  • The Statements section contains the Send Statements, E-mail Account’s Statements to Contact and Print Message on Statements fields.

  • The Invoicing section contains the Send Invoice, E-mail Invoice to Contact, Invoice To, Number of Invoices to Print, Freight Terms, Commission Rate, Ship Via and Print Discount on Invoice fields.

  • The Payment Processing section contains the Payment Method and Level 3 Reporting fields.

  • The Summary Invoicing section contains the Summary Invoicing, Summary Invoicing – Avail to Retail Sales and Summary Invoicing – Print Invoices fields.

  • The General Information section contains the Customer Type, Language, Mailing Label, Number of Employees and Order Stream Client fields.

  • The Sales Grouping section contains the Class of Trade, Territory, Sales Group, Sales Rep-SU and the Sales Office fields.

  • The EDI Info sections contains the EDI Qualifier, EDI ID Description, Store Code and Department Code fields

  • The Internet & Intranet Addresses section contains the Web Address, UNC to Client Document Folder and Intranet fields.

  • The Order Management Controls section contains Stock Allocation Priority, Apply Credit Weighting, Apply Delinquency Weighting and Zone fields.

  • The Pricing section contains the Master Price List, Pricing Level Type, Pricing Level, Flyers Eligible, and Common Quote Eligible fields.

  • The Best Price Controls – Contracts section contains the Check Contract Price – Contracts, Check Special Price – Contracts, Check Common Quote Price – Contracts, Check Flyer Price – Contracts and Check Master QB Price – Contracts fields.

  • The Best Prince Controls – Specials section contains the Check Contract Price – Specials, Check Special Price – C Specials, Check Common Quote Price – Specials, Check Flyer Price - Specials and Check Master QB Price – Specials fields.

  • The CRM section contains the Account Manager, CRM Teams, Projected Close Date, Probability %-Account, Potential Sales, Initial Campaign, Sale Source, Sales Stage, Sales Status, Initial Trade Show, Contact Method Preferred, NAICS Code and SIC Code fields.

  • The System section contains the Creator, Date/Time Created, Modifier and Last Change fields.

  • The Customer Conversion section contains the Customer Code and Convert fields.
