Lead Pipeline/Details Page

The Lead Pipeline view allows you to view the detail for Potential Sales generated from the data entered in the Lead Master view.

  • This view is based on the following CRM fields in the Lead Master: ‘Projected Close’, ‘Probability %’ and ‘Potential Sales $’.

  • This view is sorted by 'Close Date Fiscal Year' by 'Close Date Fiscal Period'.

  • The subtotals for the 'Potential Sales $' are displayed for each Close Date Fiscal Year and Close Date Fiscal Period.

  • A grand total for all records displays.

  • Note: This view has a permanent restriction in the Account Status field: you can only select records for leads that are Active.

Tip: We suggest that you search for specific data since not all leads contain valid information for this view. To limit data to only those records that contain relevant information you can enter <> 0.00 in the 'Potential Sales $' search criteria field so that only records with a value greater than 0 display in the Search Results grid.

The following fields are available on the Lead Pipeline view and are based on the order in which they appear in the search results grid page:

  • Company Number - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all records.

  • Close Date Fiscal Year - displays the Fiscal Year derived from the 'Projected Close Date' entered in the Lead Master view.

  • Close Date Fiscal Month - displays the Fiscal Month as derived from the 'Projected Close Date' entered in the Lead Master view.

  • Lead Name - displays the Lead name associated with the with the record.

  • Sales Stage - displays the Sales Stage assigned to the lead.

  • Projected Close Date - displays the Projected Close Date from the Lead Master view.

  • Potential Sales $ - displays the Potential Sales dollars that the lead could generate from the Lead Master view.

  • Probability %-Account - displays the value entered in the Probability %-Account field from the Lead Master view.

  • Initial Campaign - displays the Campaign that initially prompted the potential sale.

  • Initial Trade Show - displays the Trade Show that initially prompted the potential sale.
