CRM Trade Show - Details Page

When you click on the View Record Details icon Detail for a specific record on the CRM Trade Show Search/Criteria Grid page, the CRM Trade Show Detail page opens for that record in modify mode.

There are 5 sections on the Detail page of the CRM Trade Show view. The following list defines every field displayed in each section:

  • In the General section:

    • Trade Show Description - enter a full description of the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 30 alpha numeric characters in this field. This is a mandatory field.

  • In the Address section:

    • Address 1 - enter the first line of the address associated with the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 64 alpha numeric characters in this field.

    • Address 2 - enter the second line of the address associated with the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 30 alpha numeric characters in this field.

    • State/Province - enter or select from the lookup a Province or State code associated with the Trade Show.

    • Address Zip/Postal Code - enter the Zip/Postal Code associated with the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 11 alpha numeric characters in this field.

    • Country - the Country associated with the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 30 alpha numeric characters in this field.

    • Telephone Number - the Telephone Number associated with the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 20 alpha numeric characters in this field.

  • In the Information section:

    • Trade Show Contact - enter the Contact associated with the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 64 alpha numeric characters in this field.

    • Cost - enter the Cost associated with the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 999,999,999.00 digits in this field.

    • Expected Revenue - enter the expected revenue associated with the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 999,999,999.00 digits in this field.

    • Start Date - enter or select from the calendar lookup the Start Date associated with the Trade Show. This field is mandatory.

    • End Date - enter or select from the calendar lookup the End Date associated with the Trade Show. This field is mandatory.

    • Last Date to Order - enter or select from the calendar the Last Date an order can be accepted for the Trade Show.

    • Published Document - enter the location of the Published Document(s) associated with the Trade Show. Published Documents must be stored on a network server. When a path to a location on the server is entered in this field on the Details page, a folder icon URL folder displays to the right of this field. Clicking on the folder takes you to the location entered on the network server.

    • Work in Progress Document - enter the location of the Work in Progress Document(s) associated with the Trade Show. Work in Progress Documents must be stored on a network server. When a path to a location on the server is entered in this field on the Details page, a folder icon URL folder displays to the right of this field. Clicking on the folder takes you to the location entered on the network server.

  • In the Other section:

    • Trade Show Manager - enter the Manager associated with the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 128 alpha numeric characters in this field.

    • Manager Telephone - enter the telephone number associated with the Manager of the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 20 alpha numeric characters in this field.

    • Manager Email - enter the Email address associated with the Manager of the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 128 alpha numeric characters in this field.

    • Trade Show Website - enter the Website URL associated with the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 128 alpha numeric characters in this field.

  • In the System section, the fields are available for information purposes only and cannot be edited:

    • Creator - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when the record was created.

    • Time Created - displays the date and time at which the record was created.

    • Modifier - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when this record was last updated.

    • Last Change - displays the date and time at which the record was last updated.
