Additional Information
CRM Campaign

The Lead Campaign view allows you to assign a Campaign code(s) to each Lead. With the Campaign code associated with a Lead record, you can create lists of the Leads involved in your Campaigns. In addition, you can use the Edit with Excel feature to add new records back into the database (en-mass) for a specific Campaign. The Campaign codes are maintained in the CRM Campaigns view.

Note: The ability to create and update information in the Lead Campaign view is controlled by the permissions (create, read, update and delete) assigned to the resource within the role. This help topic assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to create and update records in the Lead Campaign. For more information, see Role Master-Permissions.

  • Note: You cannot edit the Lead Campaign information on either the Search Criteria/Grid page or on the Details page. If a record was created in error or a campaign has changed for the Lead, you must delete the Lead Campaign record and create a new one.

The following fields are available on the Lead Campaign and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:

  • Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all Lead Campaign records.

  • Lead Key - displays the Lead Key associated with the Lead Campaign record.

  • Lead Name - displays the Lead name associated with the Lead Key.

  • Account Manager - displays the Account Manager associated with the Lead.

  • CRM Teams - displays the CRM Teams associated with the Lead.

  • Campaign - displays the Campaign assigned to the Lead Campaign record.

  • Campaign Description - displays the Description assigned to the Campaign through the CRM Campaign view.

  • Campaign Type - displays the Type assigned to the Campaign through the CRM Campaign view.

  • Campaign Manager - displays the Campaign Manager assigned to assigned to the Campaign.

  • Campaign Status - displays the Campaign Status assigned to the Campaign in the CRM Campaign view.
