Multibin Whse Bin/Loc Consolidation (WH45)

The Bin/Locations query (WH45) program displays information about the Bin Location currently entered.

  • When you initially open WH45, the Warehouse Selection window displays.

  • You can select an alternate warehouse in the Warehouse Selection panel. Note: Only warehouses configured as Multi-Bin through the Company Control Initialization (CC00/Multi-Bin Warehouse Control) program can be accessed by WH45. If you select a warehouse that is not set up in CC00/Multi-Bin Warehouse Control, the following message displays: "Warehouse XX is not defined as a multi-bin warehouse in the CC00/WH folder. OK/Cancel". Select OK to close the message and select a different warehouse or select Cancel to close the message and WH45. For more information on Multi-Bin Warehouse Control in CC00, click here.

  • Note: Once WH45 is open, you can select an alternate warehouse through the Options menu.

The following list defines every field on WH45:

  • Bin/Location - enter or select from the query Bin/Location for which you want to display information.

  • Warehouse – displays the warehouse associated with the Bin/Location entered.

  • Order of Picking – displays the Order of Picking assigned to the Bin/Location entered. The Order of Picking is maintained in Warehouse Layout Maintenance (WH10).

  • Bin Type – displays the Bin Type assigned to the Bin/Location entered. The Bin Type is maintained in WH10.

  • In the Volume section:

    • Maximum - displays the Maximum Volume assigned to the Bin/Location entered. The Volume is maintained in WH10.

    • Avail - displays the Available Volume for the Bin/Location entered. This field is calculated by taking the Maximum Volume for the Bin/Location less the 'Volume Used' by the product. The 'Volume Used' can be found in the list box on this window (below).

  • In the Weight section:

    • Maximum - displays the Maximum Weight assigned to the Bin/Location entered. The Weight is maintained in WH10.

    • Avail - displays the Available Weight for the Bin/Location entered. This field is calculated by taking the Maximum Weight for the Bin/Location less the 'Weight Used' by the product. The 'Weight Used' can be found in the list box on this window (below).

  • List Box - the list box displays the following information for the Bin/Location entered:

    • Product - displays the product code of the item located in the Bin/Location.
    • Description – displays the Description of the product.
    • Qty in Bin/Loc – displays the number product units in the Bin/Location.
    • Vol Used – displays the Volume used by the product.
    • Weight Used – displays the Weight used by the product.
