The PI File vs Physical Listing by Product (PI18) View provides you with a digitized version of the Physical Inventory listing from the PI File vs Physical Listing by Product (PI18) produced in PF Enterprise 6.0 (and higher) once the report is accepted by clicking OK.
Note: You must select the 'Final Version-GL' Restriction on the PI File vs Physical Listing (PI18) report in PF Enterprise to archive the data into iTopia.
- The PI18 print program from PointForce Enterprise is captured and transformed into digital form for access in the various PI File vs Physical Listing by Product Views.
- On the hard copy print from PointForce Enterprise:
- You can select to print the File vs Physical Listing Report by Product or by Commodity/Product. In this case, the Sequence was set to 'Product'. The PI18 Report identifies the Products in the Warehouse, the Count Area, Count Page, Count Units, Book Units, Variance, etc.
- In the Digitization process from hard copy to data, this section becomes a distinct View, the PI File vs Physical Listing by Product (PI18) View.
- Relationships between the other PI File vs Physical Listing by Product components have been created in each View, allowing you to access the entire PI File vs Physical Listing by Product by:
- Clicking the View Record Details icon. The PI File vs Physical Listing detail View opens, and in the Related section of the window (at the bottom of the screen), you can select any of the PI File vs Physical Listing by Product (PI18) options.
