The following list identifies the most frequently asked questions about MyFax:

  • Can I create a custom Cover Page (i.e. add my company logo) in MyFax?
    We recommend caution when customizing the cover page in MyFax. On the MyFax website (www.myfaxcentral.com) you can download a MyFax cover page to your local PC, modify it (i.e. add your company logo) and then upload it back into MyFax. From this point, you can select your custom cover page.

    • For more extensive custom cover pages, please contact MyFax support.

  • Are there any configuration or set up requirements that I should notify my IT Department of?
    There are two items that you should be aware of:

    • Verify with your IT Department that your SMTP Email controls and/or SPAM filterin allows the MyFax email 'send to' formatting, for example ##########@myfax.com

    • Your IT Department may also need to configure your firewall to accept the ##########@myfax.com send to formatting.

    • If further difficulties are encountered, please contact MyFax support.
