File System-Search Criteria/Results Grid
File System-Details page

The File System is a table (meta_file_system) in the System Monitor module of iTopia.

Note: The File System view is designed for use by TECSYS staff only. We do not recommend that you use this view unless you are working with a member of the TECSYS staff.

The File System view is used to locate the following files on the server where iTopia resides:

  • Shared (sh)
  • Batch (bat)
  • Java Archive (jar)
  • Backup (bak)
  • Configuration (conf)
  • Executable (exe)

The following fields are available on the File System view and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:

  • Icon - displays the Batch File icon for Batch (bat) files and the Jar File icon for Java Archive (jar) files.

  • File Name - displays the name File Name.

  • Size - displays the size of the file.

  • Type - displays the type of the file.

  • Is Directory - displays 'false' or 'true' to indicate whether the file name is a directory or a file. 'False' indicates a file and 'true' indicates the file name is a directory.

  • Modification Date and Time - displays the last date and time the file was modified.

File System Details Page

When you click on the File System Details icon Detail for a specific record on the File System Search/Criteria Grid page, the File System Detail page opens for that record.

The following list defines every field on the Details page:

  • In the Main Context section, the Full Path displays as reference information for the detail record you are viewing.

  • Folder Name - displays the folder name in which the file is located.

  • File Name - displays the name File Name.

  • Size - displays the size of the file.

  • Type - displays the type of the file.

  • Icon - displays the Batch File icon for Batch (bat) files or the Jar File icon for Java Archive (jar) files.

  • Is Directory - displays 'false' or 'true' to indicate whether the file name is a directory or a file. 'False' indicates a file and 'true' indicates the file name is a directory.

  • Modification Date and Time - displays the last date and time the file was modified.
