Service Call History Purge (SE90)

The Purge Service History (SE90) program allows you to purge any service calls from history with invoices dated prior to the date entered in the 'Purge Up To Date' field.

  • Once a service call is purged from history, you can no longer view it in Display Call History (SE45).

  • Note: You can run Service Call Activity (SE52) (with the 'Active/Closed Call' restriction set to 'Closed Calls') for a list of the closed services calls that will be purged prior to running this program.

The following list defines the field and button on SE90:

  • Enter Purge Up to Date - enter or select from the query the date to which service calls from history will be purged. Only the invoices dated prior to the date entered in this field are affected. Note: Once a service call is purged from history, you can no longer be view it in SE45.

  • Start button - click Start Start to initiate the purge. A progress bar displays the service call currently being purged. Once the purge is complete, the following message displays: "Purge Complete. OK.". Click OK to complete the purge, close the message and close SE90.
