Service Call Quick Descriptions (SE15)

The Quick Descriptions (SE15) program allows you to create Quick Codes that are by the Enter Service Calls (SE30) program. Each service call requires a description of the work to be done on the equipment. For frequently used reasons for a service call, Quick Codes can be set up to speed up entry of the service call.

The following list defines every field on SE15:

Quick Code - enter or select from the query a Quick Code. You can enter a maximum of 3 alpha numeric characters in this field. This is a mandatory field.
Quick Description - enter a Description of the Quick Code. You can enter a maximum of 50 alpha numeric characters in this field. This is a mandatory field.

The following table outlines the functionality of each button on SE15:

Button Label	Icon	Functionality
Submit		Saves the information entered for the current record and clears all of the fields that do not contain defaults.
Delete		Deletes the current record.
Clear		Clears all of the fields that do not contain defaults allowing you to enter a new Quick Code.
