Customer Master Diagnostics (SU70)

The Customer Master Diagnostics (ibis_su70) program is used to ensure that customer master data files are being updated correctly. SU70 also aids in the tracing of data integrity problems that may occur and corrects these problems.

• TIP: SU70 should be run weekly for the first month of a new implementation and then monthly.

The following list defines all of the fields in SU70:

• Date the Diagnostic was Last Run - displays the date on which SU70 was last run.

• Run Time in Hours - displays the time it took to run SU70 in hours.

• Diagnostic Completed - if this check box is selected, SU70 ran to completion the last time the diagnostic was run, otherwise the check box is not selected.

Click the Start button to run SU70. A progress bar is displayed as the program runs. You can stop the diagnostics at any time by clicking the 'X' in the upper right hand corner of the progress bar.

Once the diagnostics is complete you should run the Customer Master Diagnostic Audit Print (ibis_su71) program to print the diagnostic results. You cannot run SU70 again until SU71 has been executed and accepted. For more information, please see the Customer Master Diagnostic Audit Print topic.
