Reference Folder (IM13)

Header

The Reference folder stores information related to the operators that update the product information and information regarding the deletion of the Product selected in the Header record. The list below defines every field on the Reference folder:

  • Entered by - This field contains the Operator ID logged into Enterprise when the product was entered into IM13. The Operator ID is automatically populated into this field at the time of the initial update. This field is for display purposes only and cannot be edited or updated.

  • Last Changed by - This field contains the Operator ID that most recently edited this product. The Operator ID is automatically populated into this field when the edit or update is complete. This field is for display purposes only and cannot be edited or updated.

  • Flagged for deletion on - This field indicates the date and time the product was flagged for deletion. This information can be removed by reinstating the product to an Active status. This field is for display purposes only and cannot be directly edited or updated.

    • To flag a Product for deletion, click Delete on the header portion of IM13.
    • To reinstate a Product to Active status, enter any code (other than X) in the Class field on the Stock folder of IM13.

  • Flagged for deletion by - This field contains the Operator ID that flagged the product for deletion. This field is for display purposes only and cannot be edited or updated.

  • Reason for Deletion - When a product is flagged for deletion, a 'reason' for the deletion must be entered. This field displays the reason.

  • Developed by - Using the Query, select a Developer from the list of existing Developer Codes. This list is defined in Maintain Inventory Tables (IM09/Developers). This is an optional field.

  • Date Created - When a new product is added to IM13, the Date Created automatically defaults to the system date. Using the Query, this field can be modified by the Operator.

  • Date Retired - When a product is flagged for deletion, the Date Retired field automatically updates with the deletion date. You can also enter a date into this field without flagging the product for deletion. For example, a collectible item may be retired or removed from a catalogue, but not flagged for deletion.
