Price Book Codes (IM09)

Price Book Codes

Price Books Codes are defined in IM09. Price Book Codes are made up of the last two characters of the Commodity Code and the first two characters of the Sequence Code (defined in IM13).

1. Enter a code in the Price Book Code field. This code can be a maximum of 4 characters in length. You may use an alpha-numeric combination.

2. Enter a description of the Price Book Code in the Description field. The description can be a maximum of 30 characters in length.

3. Click Submit to add this code to the system.

Note: This is an optional code. You may decide not to use this feature.

The following table outlines the functionality of each button on the Price Book Codes folder:

Button Label	Icon	Functionality
Submit		Saves the information entered for the current price book code.
Delete		Deletes the current price book code.
Clear		All fields on this folder clear and you can begin adding a new price book code record.
