Here are some common issues:

  • Why can't I adjust the inventory for a product?
    If you are using an Elite WMS warehouse, defined in CC00/Warehouse Management Interface, and the product has not been received through Elite WMS, you cannot adjust the inventory for the item. You can only perform a 'cost' adjustment.

    • You will receive the following message when you try to adjust the inventory for the item: "This product has no history, no stock adjustments will be allowed. Cost adjustments are still available. OK".

    • Click OK to close the message window.

  • Why do I get the following message: "You do not have access to * type adjustments."
    This indicates that your user ID does not have access to the selected inventory adjustment type. To correct this, go to IM09/Inventory Adjustment Codes to assign the adjustment code to your user ID.
