Purge Royalty Archive (SA61)

The Purge Royalty Archive (SA61) deletes the paid Royalty records in the Royalties Paid History (Archive) file UP TO the date specified on this screen.

• Enter or select from the query a date in the Purge Date field. All paid Royalty records up to this date will be deleted. The date entered represents the Invoice date.

• Click on Start to initiate the purge.
