Print Export Invoice (IN52)

The Export Invoice is printed when Products are exported. The Export Invoice is similar to the regular Invoice except it includes additional export-specific information. The export-specific fields are:

  • Tariff (Harmonized Tariff Number - IM13)
  • Country of Origin (PO13)
  • Made of (Primary Material - IM13)
  • Currency (IM13)

Note: The Invoice must be processed through Schedule Invoices/Credits (IN43) before the Export Invoice can be printed.

Follow these steps to run IN52:

      • In the From field, enter the starting 'code' for the report.

      • In the To field, enter the ending 'code' for the report.

      • The information displays in the list box below.

      • To delete a Range from the list box, double click on the line. The following message displays, "Do you wish to delete this range? Yes/No". Click Yes to delete the range.

    • When all of the information on the Report Parameters screen is complete, click OK to run the report.
