Troubleshooting PO63

Here is a list of common issues:

  • You can only receive stock into one warehouse at a time.
    Once you enter a receipt number in PO63, you cannot change to another warehouse. If you attempt to do so, the following message displays: "May not change warehouse once receipts have been entered. OK".

  • You cannot open multiple sessions of PO63.
    If you attempt to open PO63 a second time with the same user ID, an error message will display. You must exit the original PO63 session before starting another session.

    If a second operator attempts to open PO63 (with a different user ID), the following error message displays: "PO63 lock by user ID for warehouse XX. Do you wish to select another warehouse? Yes/No". Select Yes to open another warehouse or select No to close the error message and exit PO63.
