Enter Service Calls (SE30) – History

The History folder displays prior service calls entered for the selected equipment on the Service Call. The Display Call History (SE45) program can also be launched from this folder to view further detail on any prior call(s) displayed in the list box.

The list below defines every field on the History folder:

  • Call - Enter the Service Call Number to start the list box display from.

  • Service History button - SE30/Service History Launches the Display Call History (SE45) program, automatically recalling the Service Call currently selected from the History List.

  • History List - The History List displays all of the prior service calls that have been recorded against the currently selected Equipment. The list can be used to select a service call for review by double clicking the list item.

Additional information is also listed below the History List box that pertains to the currently highlighted line in the list box. The following information is displayed:

  • Call number
  • Call Type
  • Tech
  • The remarks entered on the Dispatch folder.

    The following table outlines the functionality of each button on the bottom of the Dates folder:

    New New The New button clears the current service call . You can enter a new service call or recall an existing service call. Note: If you click the New button before you click the Update button changes to the meters will not be saved.
    Dispatch Query Dispatch Query The Dispatch Query button is used to locate a specific service call, or to dispatch calls without opening the call in SE30. The Dispatch Service Calls browser contains the following information and functionality:

    • A list box that contains the Customer, Technician, City, Type, Equipment, Status (if the service call has been dispatched ‘Disp’d’ displays in the column), Call Date and Time.
    • Undispatched - When this radio button is selected only un-dispatched calls display..
    • All Calls - When this radio button is selected all calls are displayed.
    • Sort by - Gives you the option to select one of multiple sort methods to review the open calls the list box though a drop list .
    • Displays Customer and Contact information for the selected service call.
    • Displays the details entered for the selected service call.
    • Select - The Select Select button opens the selected service call in the list box in SE30.
    • Dispatch Now - The Dispatch Now Dispatch Now button sets the status of the selected service call in the list box to ‘dispatched’.

        Note: Service Calls cannot be dispatched:

    • If the service call is an estimate.
    • If the service call with missing mandatory fields.
    • If the service call that have already been dispatched.
    • If the service call is closed.
    • If the service call is for a customer that is on a credit hold.
