Management Reporting

The Legal Holidays (SE02) program is the same program as Maintain Legal Holidays (CC13). It is used to enter any holidays where the Sales Office would not be open for business. The information that you enter in this panel allows for a more accurate calculation of response time to service calls by skipping any date entered as a holiday. Response times are stated on the Call Backs/Alerts (SE51), Service Call Activity (SE52) and Alert Report (SE55) reports. For more information about these reports see the appropriate sections in the Management Reporting document.

The following describes every field on the Maintain Legal Holidays panel:

  • Holiday Date - Enter the date of the holiday. This is a mandatory field. Note: The query is only used for selecting existing holidays.

  • Holiday Description - Enter up to 30 characters that describe the Holiday Date entered. This is a mandatory field.

The following table outlines the functionality of each button on the Maintain Legal Holidays panel:

Update Update The Update button saves the information entered for the current record and clears all of the fields that do not contain defaults.
Delete Delete The Delete button deletes the current record.
New New The New button clears all of the fields that do not contain defaults without updating the current record.
