Count Sheet Method (PI11)

This tab is used by the Sheet Full and Sheet Partial count methods only (see Using Physical Inventory).

When count sheets are printed the page numbers by count area are retained. The list box is automatically filled with the page numbers generated by program PI08 Inventory Count Sheet Printing. Note: If some of your count sheets are not printed via PI08, you still need to record those count sheet page numbers in this program otherwise PI12 Physical Count Entry rejects the page number when the operator tries to enter that count sheet page.

Page Number

This is the page number in the count sheet header as previously set and printed by program PI08 Inventory Count Sheet Printing.

Page Total

As count sheets are returned for entry, a total of the units counted on each count sheet page is manually calculated and entered into this field.
