Photo Quote Form

This field allows selection of the Photo Quote Sheet forms as defined in IM81. Photo Quote Forms define the mappings of the fields to the appropriate Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

Customer

Defaults from the Photo Quote Form. It is used to retrieve customer information from the customer master and used to calculate customer specific pricing.

Price List

Defaults from the Photo Quote Form. Determines which price list will be used to retrieve the prices.

Prepared by

Defaults to the operator code.

Prepared date

Defaults to the company run date.

Expiry Date

Optional field that prints on the Product Information Sheet if mapped in IM81.

User Defined Fields

Section appears only if defined in UD06. These fields are unique to each organization.
