Header Record (PS45)

The Header record in Display Packing/Shipment Info (PS45) appears on every folder. The Header record is made up of the following fields:

1. In the Universal Input field, enter one of the following:
   • Packing Number
   • Shipment Number
   • Sales Order Number - If more than one SDN (Shipping Document Number) exists for the Sales Order, a window opens enabling you to select the Sales Order you want to display.
   • Carton ID
   • Invoice Number
   • Tracking Number - Only Tracking Numbers entered in Shipment Entry (PS41/Carton Details or PS41/Pallet Details).

2. The Packing No. field automatically displays a valid Packing Number related to the item entered in the Universal Input field, if applicable.

3. The Shipment No. field automatically displays a valid Shipping Number related to the item entered in the Universal Input field, if applicable.
