CRM Areas of Interest (CRMAREINT)
CRM Areas of Interest
The CRM Areas of Interest view maintains the Areas of Interest that are applied to Accounts in the Account Areas of Interest view and to Leads in the Lead Areas of Interest view.
- The Area of Interest code is used to categorize Leads, Prospects and/or Customers into groups based on a specific area of interest, for example books, furniture or digital video. You can focus marketing initiatives on specific Area of Interest codes thereby alerting your Customers, Prospects and/or Leads to Trade Shows or product specials, etc.
Note: The ability to create and update information in the CRM Areas of Interest view is controlled by the permissions (create, read, update and delete) assigned to the resource within the role. This help topic assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to create and update records in the Account Areas of Interest view. For more information, see Role Master-Permissions. |
You can edit the CRM Areas of Interest information in either the Search Criteria/Grid page, in the grid section, or on the Details page.
